2. Personal and Clinical Data Collected

In delivering professional dental treatment, we process:

  • Identity Information: Patient legal name, passport / national ID (NIK) number, date of birth, contact telephone number, and residential address.
  • Clinical Dental Records: Intraoral 3D scans, diagnostic digital radiographs (panoramic OPG, bitewings, CBCT scans), medical history, drug allergies, periodontal charting, and treatment history.
  • Billing Information: Private insurance policy details, payment receipts, and dental clearance certificates.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your records are processed strictly to:

  • Formulate accurate orthodontic, implant, and restorative treatment plans.
  • Fabricate customized prosthetics (aligners, crowns, veneers) via certified dental laboratories.
  • Communicate appointment confirmations, preventive hygiene reminders, and post-operative instructions.
  • Comply with Indonesian statutory health reporting mandates (SatuSehat platform).

4. Electronic Health Record Security

All clinical records and radiographic imagery are stored on HIPAA-compliant cloud servers featuring enterprise-grade 256-bit encryption and strict role-based clinician access controls. We never sell, monetize, or disclose patient information to third-party commercial marketing entities.

5. Patient Rights

Patients are entitled to obtain copies of their dental records and radiographs (for travel or overseas second opinion) upon formal request, update inaccurate contact information, or withdraw consent for non-essential communications.
