CLINIC GUIDELINES

Terms of Service & Patient Rights

Operational policies governing appointments, clinical consent, cancellations, and fee transparency.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling a consultation, entering the clinic facilities, or receiving dental care provided by PT IndoSmile Medika Prima ("IndoSmile"), patients agree to adhere to the professional policies and clinical ethics outlined herein.

2. Appointments & Punctuality

  • Patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete check-in procedures and digital health updates.
  • In the event of unanticipated delays exceeding 20 minutes without prior communication, our desk may reschedule or adjust the planned treatment duration to protect subsequent booked operatory time.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We request at least 12 hours' advance notice for appointment changes or cancellations via our WhatsApp desk or telephone.
  • For extensive aesthetic procedures (such as multi-unit veneer bonding or surgical implant placements exceeding 2 hours), a booking deposit may be requested upon scheduling.

4. Informed Clinical Consent

Before initiating any invasive, surgical, or irreversible aesthetic procedure, your dentist will provide a clear written treatment plan, transparent pricing estimate, and discuss anticipated clinical benefits alongside potential risks. Written informed consent is obtained in compliance with Indonesian Health Law (UU Kesehatan No. 17/2023).

5. Payment & Insurance Processing

  • Payment is due upon completion of each clinical visit. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex), Indonesian QRIS, bank transfers, and cash.
  • We assist expatriate and international corporate patients with direct billing or providing itemized English dental claim forms and diagnostic radiographs for private overseas reimbursement.

6. Patient Responsibilities

Patients must disclose accurate medical histories, current pharmaceutical regimens (especially blood thinners or bisphosphonates), and pregnancy status, as well as comply with prescribed post-operative care and follow-up hygiene routines.
